"Dear John, This letter is to say a massive thank you for the way you 'saved the day' with my data! My Microsoft Outlook had completely frozen. I was unable to send or receive emails, But even worse that that I could not access my old emails or any data within my Outlook. I unsuccessfully tried to running the PST Repair Tool several times. While it said there was 'no errors' it was just not working., it was completely broken and I had lost everything!. John came to the rescue. By using his expert technical knowledge and data-recovery techniques he retrieved all my Outlook data. What a relief!.
